Client was facing criminal charges for felony indecent exposure with a prior record. The Police Department was able to get a bail deviation bail increase from $35,000.00 bail to $1,000,000.00. In addition, the Police Department lobbied hard for prison time. Our attorney was able to reduce bail back to $35,000.00 and worked out a resolution with the court that involved NO JAIL.

CHILD MOLESTATION

Client was arrested for child molestation. Our attorney was able to meet with the investigating detective prior to the case being forwarded to the prosecutor. In addition our attorney was able to interview key witnesses and provided this information to the district attorney that eventually led to the case being dropped.
